ReachNow at Upstream Music Festival

The creative brief was clear, introduce ReachNow, BMW and Mini Coopers ride sharing service, to the masses at Seattle’s Upstream Music Festival. ReachNow, a fairly new service located in Seattle, NYC and LA wanted to showcase the brands features, their fleet of cars and their fun side for a three day activation outside of the stadium.



We created two sides to the booth, The WORK HARD side being the educational/techy side where attendees could sign up to be a ReachNow member, charge their phone and learn more about the brand. And then the ADVENTURE HARD side which boasted a photobooth taken in the trunk of the mini-cooper, Carpool Karaoke from artists performing at the Upstream Music Festival and a VIP lounge.

Attendees had a great time and loved the vibe!

Have you ever walked into a space and have just been WOWED by its beauty and vastness? Well, when walking into AT&T Stadium Home of the Dallas Cowboy for an event that we produced we had to pinch ourselves a little that we got to create something really fun in such an iconic place.

Our client wanted their logo to be front a center when guests entered the field so we delivered. Creative a larger than life logo on the field was no small feat but we think we scored the winning touchdown with this execution.


Before we invited guests to stand on the logo for an aerial photo we had the amazing Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders perform a custom-to-client dance and welcomed the local highschool marching band to bring people onto the field.

The night culminated in dancing and field goal kick on the field. Lets just say the 1200 guests felt like winners at the Superbowl!

“Hey, Hey, Hey”, we produced a provate Katy Perry concert at Angel Stadium. Let me repeat, we produced a Katy Perry Concert at Angel Stadium. She played all the hits (set list below) and could not have been kinder to all the amazing VIP’s at our meet and greet. And did you “Witness” the sparkly number she wore, LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Getting 25,000 people to Angel Stadium and FEEDING them was no easy feat but with a lot of elbow grease and “California Gurl” muscle we managed to make everyone happy! Katy was incredible and performed for over an hour in the most magical setting. Chatting up the crowd with a message of female empowerment was our “Teenage Dream”. We certainly didn’t want the “Firework” to end. You’re gonna “Hear me roar” about this event for a while, its “A part of me”, now.




Entry to Convention Center

We just came off the BIGGEST event we have EVER done. Holy cannoli! Last month we produced three massive events at three different locations for over 20,000 people. It was a Herculean effort and we could not be more happy with the results. Our friends over at LuLaRoe invited CC Events to executive produce this massive extravaganza! It took months of planning and lots of teamwork with a variety of people and companies to pull it off. Shout out to WEBB and Corp Staging for building, fabricating and making sure visuals and sound were on point.

The goal was to offer the 25,000 guests the most rewarding experience where they would learn how to grow their business through a series of presentations, installations, fashion shows and shopping at the Anaheim Convention Center while having time to relax and enjoy themselves at the opening and closing parties at Huntington Beach and Angel Stadium. We had over 1.5 million square feet to work with and we used every inch. Lots of color!

Anaheim Convention center served as the HUB of the LulaRoe VISION Convention. Here we held registration, welcome bag pick-up, the store, general sessions, breakouts, fashion show and an experience halls filled with all kinds of photo moments, art installations and activities. For three days 20,000 people utilized all that was offered in the space and had a great time. Check out the sizzle reels below for glimpses at all the action!


The kick-off event took place at Huntington Beach on the beach and it could not be a more beautiful night out. We had tons of games like corn hole and life size chess boards and custom swing sets and art installations. We had a variety of food vendors to cater to the guests before the ZIGGY MARLEY performance. Not interested in the above? Well then you could head over to the acoustic stage where a variety of local performers, including aerialists, entertained the crowd. Many thanks to BWG for helping to get structures erected and shuttling these folks around.

Angel Stadium is where we produced a private show with KATY PERRY. Yes, you heard that right. She played all the hits including I kissed a Girl, Teenage Dream, Firework, California Gurls and closed with an EPIC rendition of Roar. She was perfect for the crowd and really empowered all of the women and men who attended. Katy was super chill and fun to work with and we can’t say enough about how AWESOME the crew at Angel Stadium was. Like majorly on point.

Project OM: Manduka Yoga x Susan G Komen

The power of the people can sometimes be magical. Breast Cancer affects 250,000 people each year and the amazing folks at Manduka Yoga and Susan G Komen rose up to help fight it. Multi-city donation based yoga classes took place over Mothers Day weekend in hundreds of cities to combat this horrible disease. We were fortunate enough to produce these events in marquee cities. We took on the amazing and heartwarming task produce the yoga classes in NY’s Bryant Park, Chicago’s Maggie Daley Field, LA’s LMU University and Lombardi House, Hawaii’s Moana Hotel, Dallas Cowboys Training Facility, Miami’s Sacred Space and many more.

What transpired was a bounty of people coming together for a common cause to practice Yoga and fight a terrible disease. Multiple spokespeople inspired the crowd and made for a memorable Mothers Day Weekend.

LulaRoe Leadership conferences are full on with parties, trainings and major announcements. To kick things off right with over 1000 retailers (their sales force) we enlisted Disney to help us do things right. We had a really big announcement and it only made sense to have it take place at Disney California Advenure Park. What a thrill to work with the folks at Disney to announce the LuLaRoe for Disney Collection. We took over the WHOLE PARK– you heard that right — the WHOLE PARK and created a custom World of Color show to go along with it. What a thrill and I have to admit I rode the Cars ride 7 times in a row in literally 20 minutes.

The rest of the weekend was filled with conferences, trainings and culminated in a closing party at a local bowling alley but I’m still dreaming like a Disney Princess!
